ZAMM BOSS is a visionary management and training firm founded to disrupt traditional systems and rebuild communities through radical healing, empowerment, and leadership. Rooted in the belief that mindset creates movement, ZAMM BOSS cultivates secure spaces and opportunities for historically marginalized communities - especially Black, Indigenous, and justice-impacted individuals navigating spiritual, mental, and economic trauma.

ZAMM BOSS also delivers services such as public speaking, mentorship, life

coaching, training, and prevention work. With decades of experience in public

service, education, and abolitionist organizing, the firm supports grassroots change agents, policymakers, educators, and community leaders alike.


At its core, ZAMM BOSS is not just a brand - it’s a movement of remembrance, resistance, and restoration.
